From cocoa bean to chocolate bar

How do you turn a raw cocoa bean, the flavor-determining raw material for chocolate, into a delicious end product? During this chocolate tasting, all phases of chocolate making are explained on the basis of the so called bean-to-bar process. Of course, you’ll also get to taste more than enough chocolate delicacies. How about cocoa beer or chocolate tea drawn from the skins of roasted cocoa beans?
