Learn how to make the perfect hand roll
During this workshop, which takes about three hours, you will learn how to make different kinds of sushi, such as Nigiri sushi, Hosomaki sushi, Maki sushi and the famous hand roll. Of course you will taste the sushi together afterwards. You will receive the sushi mat and the sushi recipes after the workshop so you can also enjoy this delicious Japanese delicacy at home time after time! The sushi workshop is organized in a cooking studio or a sushi restaurant in Amsterdam, or on a charming houseboat on the Amstel. Naturally, it is also possible at a location of your choice.

Tip: Combine this workshop with an oyster tasting. The afternoon or evening starts with an explanation about oysters after which you will taste different types. Then you start making sushi.
