In South Korea, barbecuing at the table is the most normal thing in the world! Many restaurants (and even at home) have built-in grills in the middle of the table. You grill your own meat, fish or vegetables, and eat it immediately – often rolled in a lettuce leaf with spicy sauce and kimchi. Korean BBQ is therefore the ultimate social dining experience.
